- living room: dresser, settee, armchairs (2), coffee table, show cane (2 armchairs, 1 settee, 1 table), 51 cm TV set.

- 200 L water-heater (permanent heating)

GARDEN:
150 m² ground separated from the house by a small path; one part can be used as car park (for two to three cars), another is a pleasure garden. There is also a clothes line and a pleasant canopy with barbecue and locked part (being able to be used for bicycles).
